Philosophy
As a mediator, my premise is not to assign guilt or to create a win or lose construct, but to collaborate and find a paradigm that meets, or partially meets the interests of each party.

As an arbitrator my goals are to listen carefully, consider all evidence, decide prudently and award soberly. Unlike mediation, arbitrations produce winners and losers; some prevail others pay.
